&#8220;Block Funds Guarantee&#8221;, via MT760 Swift to the Monetizer\/Trader bank. <strong>NOTE: Gold can be treated the same as Cash<\/strong><\/li><li>SBLCs, BGs and MTNs (Bank Instruments) are blocked via Swift MT760 or MT542 to the Monetizer\/Trader <strong>NOTE: a SBLC can be issued, backed by Gold, and can be blocked via MT542<\/strong><\/li><li>Bank Drafts are blocked via Swift MT110 to the Monetizer\/Trader bank<\/li><li>If the assets are in Credit Suisse than and intra bank blocking of funds should be accommodated (no Swifts)<\/li><\/ul><h5>REQUIREMENTS<\/h5><ul><li>For Cash Funds or for <strong>Gold Bullion <\/strong>or for bank instruments that have been issued, the INVESTOR provides <u>Client Information Sheet, Certificate of<\/u> <u>Incorporation, Statement non solicitation of funds, Clear copy of INVESTORS<\/u> <u>Passport, Authorization to Verify Funds and a <strong>bank RWA to do a Block<\/strong><\/u><strong> <u>Funds MT760<\/u> <\/strong>or Block instrument MT542 signed by two bank officers, with their PIN numbers and their business cards.<\/li><li>For bank instruments that are to be issued, the INVESTOR provides Client Information Sheet, Certificate of Incorporation, Statement of non solicitation of funds, Clear copy of INVESTORS Passport, Authorization to Verify Funds and <strong>a bank RWA <\/strong>stating the issuance of the instrument and the subsequent blocking via MT542 signed by two bank officers, with their PIN numbers and their business cards.<\/li><\/ul><h5>PROCEDURES<\/h5><ul><li>Submit the aforementioned<\/li><li>Once due diligence is complete, agreement is issued and<\/li><li>If Blocked funds or <strong>Gold Bullion <\/strong>or Sovereign Bond<strong>, <\/strong>a MT760 Swift is sent to the Monetizer\/Trader&#8217;s designated account in Credit Suisse, Singapore.<\/li><li>If SBLC\/BG\/MTN (backed by Cash or Gold), it is delivered via MT542 to the Monetizer\/Trader&#8217;s designated account in Credit Suisse, Singapore.<\/li><li>If Bank Draft, it is delivered via MT110 to the Monetizer\/Trade&#8217;s designated account in Credit Suisse, Singapore.<\/li><li>All Swifts have to be done through normal SWIFT \/ BRUSSELS<\/li><li>Courtesy bank email must be sent by the sending banker to the Monetizer\/Trader&#8217;s banker with the Swift copy duly attached and a copy for information sent to the Monetizer\/Trader.<\/li><li>Monetizer\/Trader&#8217;s bank, upon receipt, will verify and authenticate the Swift and, within 5 banking days, monetize it for the agreed loan-to-value and block the proceeds for trade<\/li><li>If the assets are Credit Suisse, Singapore than and intrabank blocking of funds should be accommodated (no Swifts)<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><h5>MONETIZATION<\/h5><ul><li>Monetizer\/Trader shall provide a \u201cCREDIT-LINE\u201d at his Lending Institution for one (1) year and one (1) day, amounting to 75% of the Swift&#8217;s face value and will be defined at the time of receipt.<\/li><li>Monetizer\/Trader will open a \u201csinking\u201d fund account\u201d in his Trading Bank under the name of In such account, a cash amount, equivalent to 2.5% of the Swift&#8217;s face-value, will be deposited weekly during 40 weeks of the program.<\/li><li>Those weekly transfers, which will be under the sole responsibility of Monetizer\/Trader, will be based on the Profits generated on Trading activities (mainly Buy \/ Sell of MTNs) through the \u201cFixed Income\u201d market.
